Dr. Nancy Foster-Mills is the Intregated Planning and Assessment Specialist for EMSL. Her responsibilities include development and management of the EMSL Performance and Assessment Plans.
Research Interests
Nancy has been active with the EMSL project since before the doors opened in 1997. She began her career at PNNL as a post-doc in 1995. Her research involved applying photoacoustic spectroscopy to a variety of research areas. Over the years, Nancy has moved to more management and operational roles. She has managed the Environmental Spectroscopy & Biogeochemistry Facility, as well as User Administration.
